Our mission is to create the most exquisite looking and tasting couture cakes, artisian breads and pastries. Everything we design is custom made from concept to consumption and is a completely original piece of edible art. Pastries are made from scratch and use ingredients from local Ohio farms. Our vision comes from everywhere: art, fashion, fabric, architecture, landscapes, science, music, and history. Most of all, our inspiration comes from each one of our incredible clients. If you can imagine it, we can create it!
Samantha Schaffer

Samantha Schaffer a.k.a. Cheffer, was born and baked in Cleveland, Ohio. Schaffer honed her culinary craft working in small mom and pop restaurants to highly regarded restaurants such as Levy Restaurants and working for Michael Symon. In June of 2011, Samantha had the opportunity and honor to work with Chef Wolfgang Puck, and Pastry Chefs Sherry Yard and Sally Camacho for a charity event.

Recently, she is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science & Baking and Pastry Arts. In summer 2014, Samantha, travelled around Western Europe for a Sommelier program based out of Koblenz, Germany. Samantha also was the Executive Pastry Chef at Auts Tipse Treats in Parma and worked with the company during their apperance on “The Katie Couric Show” and has got the company a major wholesale account with Heinens.
