CAKERIE
Whether its a vintage wedding cake or a good ole' fashion birthday cake, Bakeology prides itself in individualizing each clients custom order. At this time we strive for perfection therefore, we will take no more than 4 cake orders a weekend, including weddings.
Our normal tiers are approximately 4 inches tall, (unless its a mini centerpiece cake or double-barrel cake) consisting of 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling then frosted in our signature buttercream. A fondant cake is then covered in ganache and enrobed in our homemade signature fondant. Cakes can be cut based off of two different guides. A party size cut which is 2"x2"x4" cut or wedding size which is 1"x2"x4" cut.
Pricing is based on several factors, including fondant or buttercream, size of the slices, complexity of design, and whether you will be serving or saving the top tier. Pricing is discussed in more detail at the tasting and consultation.
Our cakes are priced during the consultation stage but range between $3-$8 per serving. Fondant, artwork, or other design element may be an additional charge.
